What is Sondwerk?

Sondwerk is the interdisciplinary creative studio of artist and designer, John Robert Hatherly.

I Googled Sondwerk, it doesn’t seem to be a real word. What does it even mean?

When will I get my order?

Original Works
Original works are shipped weekly. You will receive an email from the studio with a tracking number once your order is packed and ready.

Prints
Fine art prints are shipped within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email from the studio with a tracking number once your order is packed and ready.

Where is my order?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. Who knows, that 8-foot print could be under your neighbor’s trampoline (just kidding).

Then get in touch with us at hi@sondwerk.co with your order number. We’ll help you sort things out.

Orders

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a message at hi@sondwerk.co.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if your order needs some love. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hi@sondwerk.co with photos of the product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you promptly!

Returns

What’s your return policy?

We do not offer returns at this time. But we love to help resolve any issues with shipments and make sure you have a wonderful experience with our studio. If something happens, contact us at hi@sondwerk.co and tell us what’s up.
